South Florida Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE, officially charged in Child Pornography. 50-year-old Anthony Mangione will be released on a $75,000 bond and will be required to have electronic ankle monitoring, be required to adhere to a 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew, and undergo further psychiatric evaluations.
