Orlando Teen Fakes His Own Kidnapping in Delray Beach To Get Ransom Money From Father

An unnamed male teenager from Orlando has faked his own kidnapping in an attempt to get $50,000 worth of ransom money from his father according to Delray Beach Police.
Initially the boy called his father while he was supposed to be at a tennis tournament in Delray Beach Florida and told him he had been kidnapped and that his captors were demanding a $50,000 ransom.
Police and FBI agents working the incident were able to track the boy to a Budget Inn where a friend, Joshua Andre Pee, was also found. Pee has been charged with burglary, resisting arrest and also faces possible charges of grand theft after he attempted to flee.
