Brevard County Commissioners Approval Re-development of Miricle City Mall

Titusville, Fla. -

Magic City Mall will be completely redeveloped into a mixed use office, shopping and medical open air plaza similar to those like Waterford Lakes.

The mall now only has two stores left, a JC Penny's and an Orange Julius.

Brevard County Commissioners approved the plan today and it already has a developer on board with the planned overhaul.

It is hoped with space activities being reduced for now, this will be a shot in the arm for the local economy.
