Brush Fire Closes North Hoagland Boulevard In Kissimmee

Kissimmee, Fla. - [Update: Fire has grown to seven acres]

A five acre brush fire has forced police ot shut down parts of North Hoagland Boulevard south of the Kissimmee airport.

The Kissimmee Fire Department, Osceola Fire Rescue and firefighters from the Division of Forestry are on scene trying to get the flames under control but admit so far the fire is not yet contained.

At present, no homes or business are in danger said Osceola Fire officials. While the source of the blaze is not yet known, arson is suspected.
