Miami, Fla. -
Former Miami based Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) chief Anthony Mangione's lawyer has filed a motion to delay his trial over child pornography charges arguing more time is needed for forensic work on Mangione's computer.
The trial was originally to start in March, but is currently set for May 14 and if Mangione's defense attorney's motion is approved, not until July.
Mangione has been charged with possessing, receiving, and transporting child pornography and was arrested but is now out on bail. If convicted, he faces up to 50 years in prison.
