Marco's Pizza On University Blvd Has Best Service In Area; Its The Little Things

Its all about the little things that make for a great experience. If you had two houses side by side and identical, except that one had nice trim work, the grass was moved, and it was carefully painted, you'd want that one right?
Ok, I recently into Marco's Pizza on University Blvd in Winter Park, Florida and was truly amazed how how they got the little things right.
By little things, I mean welcoming me to the store when I walked in (being acknowledged is important, even if you can't help the customer right away, it helps the customer know they are not being ignored).
They smiled, and said please and thank you. That's kind of a rare thing these days. In fact they seemed so attentive to customers that as I stood there, and call in order was coming in, and the clerk seemed a bit edgy as to what he should do, take it, to make sure that customer didn't get annoyed by not answering, or continue with my purchase.
He handled it very well, saying "excuse me" and politely answered the phone. Then the employee in the back came up and finished up my purchase, the feel-good, delectable, and irresistible cheesy-bread. I love it so much, I'm willing to take way too much of my lactaid pills just so I can enjoy this treat for myself.
As I sat, I again looked around and I noticed that the place always seems to be clean and welcoming. That's important for me, I like how I can see directly into the kitchen, there's nothing to hide. I know my food will be prepared in a clean environment, and I'm not going to get sick.
Once my food was ready, they called my name and again thanked me for my business.
So in conclusion, not only is their food great and the price very reasonable, it is the service that won me over... The little things.
Having great customer service doesn't mean you have to spend a lot. The little things really do make a huge difference and Marco's Pizza got it right.
