New Orleans police have issued an arrest warrant for Cuba Gooding Jr. after allegedly being involved in a fight in the city’s French Quarter on Bourbon Street.
According to police, Gooding’s was at the Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street when he allegedly became upset and pushed the bartender at least two times.
Police say the bartender, an unidentified woman, told them Gooding stopped in early Tuesday morning with a group of people and became “very aggravated” became irritated when other bar customers recognized him and wanted photos. That’s when the bartender asked Gooding to calm down, and he pushed her allegedly.
Gooding’s was reportedly intoxicated.
The NOPD has issued a misdemeanor battery warrant for the actor.
