Man Accused Of Impersonating A PA And A Cop Arguing For Interrogation To be Thrown Out

Kissimmee, Fla. -

Matthew Scheidt, the man who law enforcement says impersonated a Physician's Assistance, PA, and a police officer in South Florida is arguing to have his interrogation thrown out.  Scheidt was 17-years-old at the time and is now 18.

His defense lawyer is challenging the admissibility of the interrogation since he was a minor at the time.

Scheidt worked at the hospital in a clerical position for a contractor and falsely obtained an ID badge as a PA and then worked on patients, giving one CPR say police and that he was caught while out on bond for those charges on South Beach acting as a police officer.

Scheidt has denied those claims saying he was just given the badge, but does admit to wearing it during his interrogation.
