Pink Tutu Wearing Marine Attacks Wheelchair Bound Disabled Veteran At Restaurant
Gainesville, Fla. -
Police in Gainesville, Florida have arrested 22-year-old Christopher M. Dabney who witnesses say attacked a wheelchair bound disabled U.S. Army veteran, Daniel Priotti, for wearing a uniform while in the wheelchair.
Dabney is a former U.S. Marine and was wearing a pink tutu at the time of the attack at a Gainesville restaurant.
Prosecutors have charged Dabney with abuse of the disabled.
As for Priotti, he is not asking for Dabney to get jail time despite his actions being a disgrace to the Marine Corps. Instead Priotti would like to see Dabney get upwards of 2,000 hours of community service and to have to fill it by working with disabled people.
