Facebook celebrates its 10 year birthday today and a lot has changed from when it was and was started in a Harvard dorm room. 10 year later Facebook has 1.2 billion users, $150 billion in market capitalization and over $8 billion in annual revenue. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has accumulated an estimated net worth of $30 billion as well.

In 2013 mobile advertising overtook desktop advertising for the first time, mean Facebook made more money on mobile ads on its app than it made on ads on its regular website.

The three largest digital advertisers, in order, are now Google, Facebook, and Yahoo.
