Legendary actor Shirley Temple-Black has died at the age 85 at her home near San Francisco. She started her acting career at age three.
Temple was born in Santa Monica, CA as Shirley Jane Temple and is known for her work in Brighteyes, The Little Colonel, Curley Top, Wee Willie Winkie, and Heidi. She once said she was the “luckiest girl in America”. and singing “On the Good Ship, Lolli Pop”. By the age of 12, she had already earned $12 million.
She later served as a U.S. Ambassador to Ghana and then Czechoslovakia
