Orlando, Fla.

A JetBlue flight traveling from Fort Lauderdale to Charleston, South Carolina was forced to make an emergency landing in Orlando.

Flight 1130 left Fort Lauderdale International Airport at 1:58 a.m. and was scheduled to arrive at Charleston International Airport at 7:06 a.m.

The pilot of the Embraer ERJ-190 twin-jet plan requested an emergency landing due to an unspecified mechanical issue aboard. The plan landed at Orlando International Airport.

The plane successfully landed with no issues.

The flight resumed its trip departing Orlando at 6:15 a.m. and is expected to arrive in Charleston at 7:02 a.m.
