Eight Year Old Feeding Dolphins At Sea World Receives Bite Of Her Own

An eight year old Atlanta girl received a closer encounter with dolphin than her parents would have liked in the form of a biting. The girl and her family had already been to the dolphin cove feeding station once during their trip to Sea World but came back one more time because of the girls love for dolphins. After feeding the dolphin all she had the girl had lifted the paper plate that was empty when the dolphin leapt out of the pool and bit into the girl. The girl’s father who had been video tapping the incident caught the incident and the after effects.

Southwest Airlines CEO Gary Kelly Spotted On A Delta Airlines Flight In First Class

Southwest Airlines CEO Gary Kelly was recently spotted on a Delta Airlines flight in first class. In fact, several people boarding the same flight noticed the rival airline CEO on the jetway waiting to board. Gary Kelly is the Chairman, President and CEO of Southwest Airlines, which recently started service in Atlanta.

When confronted about being on a Delta flight, he acknowledged that yes, he in fact was on a Delta flight, and in first class. He went on to admit that from time to time he does fly other on other airlines.

FAMU hazing victims family comes out with anti-hazing PSA

Family of hazing victim Robert Champion has come out with anti-hazing PSA. The Florida A&M Marching Band member died in an alleged hazing incident in November. Meanwhile FAMU has been banned from the Battle of the Bands in Atlanta while the investigation into the incident continues. It should be noted that FAMU did not participate last year but it is unclear if they would have participated this year. The family of Champion is going to attend the incident saying that it is important to make sure that no other family goes through what they went through and be in the forefront.

Herman Cain Drops Out Of Presidential Race, Ending Campaign Due To Continued Sexual Misconduct

As TFNJ reported previously, Herman Cain has dropped out of the 2012 race for the Republican nomination.

Citing a Cain adviser that did not want to be named, Herman Cain had been debating how to drop out but save face. Today in Georgia, outside what was supposed to be his new Georgia campaign headquarters, he along with his wife in attendance, said he was ending his bid, saying family relations were more important. Cain continued to deny any sexual misconduct.

ExpressJet It Is, Goodbye SureJet and So Long Atlantic Southeast

Atlantic Southeast Airlines, ASA, will become ExpressJet, XJT. ASA, owned by SkyWest, previously bought ExpressJet, in a further consolidation of air carriers and had came up with the name SureJet as the new combined company's name for ASA. Shortly after the thud, the company recalled the name and stuck with ASA for the time being.

But now, after all things considered, airline officials have decided to call themselves ExpressJet. Company officials decided the name has good brand reputation, and as of 2010 ranked high in customer satisfaction for regional carriers.

Nigeria's Arik Air Orders 2 New Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental Airplanes

Nigeria's Arik Air on Thursday placed an order for two Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental airplanes to be used on its key long-haul routes.

The order, valued at $635 million at list prices, was announced at a signing ceremony at the Corporate Council for Africa’s 8th Biennial US-Africa Business Summit in Washington, D.C.
