Judge Grants Bail To Friend Of Boston Bomber, Robel Phillipos Ordered To House Arrest

Boston, MA -

A judge has granted bail to 19-year-old Robel Phillipos after being caught up in the investigation of the Boston Bombings. Phillipos is a friend of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the primary suspect in the Boston Marathon Bombings.

The FBI has accuse Phillipos of lying to investigators about what he might have know about the two alleged suspects in the bombings.

As part of the conditions for bail, Phillipos must wear an electronic ankle monitor and is under house arrest.

Thousands Rally To Support Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, Boston Bombing Suspect

Roughly 12,000 people are rallying to support the Boston Marathon bombing suspect, 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev with many claiming he was set up.

Despite the rallies to support Boston victims, police and fire fighters that take place around Boston and in some ways, around the nation, a Facebook group and a Twitter feed have been started that have 12,000 supports so far.

Many have been posting comments saying that Dzhokhar has been set up and that there is not enough evidence, or that it is part of a conspiracy plot.

Boston Bombing Injury Count Rises to 265; 3 Dead

Officials in Boston have raised the figures of the total number of people injured in the bomb attack on the marathon from 170 to 264, the total number of those killed remains at three.

Police say they realized more were injured but were unaccounted for as injured because many suffered what they thought were minor injuries and left the scene on their own and sought medical care later or after pain and symptoms from their injuries didn't go away.

Picture Of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev After Being Shot And Arrested

We have received these two images of what is believed to be Dzhokhar Tsarnaev shortly after he was shot and arrested by Boston police and the FBI.

In the first image he is being treating by a SWAT team paramedic and in the second picture he has been loaded into an ambulance just before being rushed to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Blood can be seen on his face and his hands are cuffed behind his back while being treated.

Police have said Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is in serious condition and are not sure if he will survive.

1 Suspect Dead, 1 On The Run After Police Identify Boston Bombers; SEE PICS BELOW

Law enforcement officials are reporting that Tamerlan Tsarnaev, one of the suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing, is dead after a firefight with police in Watertown, MA. and his brother, Dzhokar Tsarnaev is believed to be in the area. Also, authorities have arrested another man found at the brothers home and described him as a material witness.

FBI Releases Pictures of Suspects In Boston Marathon Bombings

The FBI has released images of 2 suspects they believe are responsible for the Boston Marathon bombings which occurred this past Monday. During the press conference given by Richard Deslauriers (special agent in charge) the said these are the only two pictures that are "official" and asked everyone to disregard any other pictures that have been floating around the internet. Boston Marathon Bombing Aftermath And Investigation

In the aftermath of yesterday's bombing of the annual marathon in Boston in which 3 are dead so far and another 170 injured, some critically, debris litters the area as investigators hunt down clues, even the smallest and least likely ones, in an effort to piece together how the bombing could have happened in what was suppose to be a secure area.

Boston Marathon Bombing Kills Several, Injures At Least 170 More

Today (Monday) at the Boston Marathon two bombs exploded killing at least three now and injured 170 more, the youngest an 8 year old boy.

A video from the Boston Globe shows two bombs going off in succession in the crowd near the finish line as racer were completing the race at about 2:50pm.

Of the 170+ victims who were injured, at least 15 are in critical condition, and 60 remain hospitalized as of April 19th (Friday).

Moroccan Appeals Court Increases Sentence For Convicted Bombers In Marrakech Attack On Tourists

Rabat, Morocco -

An appeals court in Morocco has increased the sentences of eight of the convicted terrorist who bombed a market in Marrakech which killed 17 tourist, most foreigners.

It upheld the death sentence for the groups leader, Adel al-Othmani, and increased the sentence of Hakim Dah from a life sentence into capital punishment. The court also lengthened the sentences of 5 others from two years to 10 years. Only one was spared the increased penalties, Abdel-Fattah Dehaj, and kept his two year sentence.

9/11 Anniversary Attacks: Officials say 2 Americans and 1 non-American are trying to attack

Officials from the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security, DHS, are saying they received credible but unconfirmed reports from a Pakistani lead which has proven correct in the past, that there will be an attempt to detonate an explosion from a vehicle on or near 9/11 for the 10th anniversary. They say the 3 man group is made up of 2 Americans and 1 foreign national.
