The death toll in Colorado has risen to four as of Saturday while more evacuations are expected on Saturday. Over 2,500 people have been evacuated from Boulder County so far, with many still not allowed to return home.
The area typically receives about 30 inches of rain annually but has received 15 inches in the past week alone. Roads have been washed out and many were evacuated from their homes last week. President Obama has declared the area a federal disaster area and will be eligible for disaster relief.
