Several Missing And killed In Texas Fertilizer Plant Explosion Near Waco

Houston, TX -

As many as 15 people are feared dead and 150 injured after a fertilizer plant near Waco, Texas exploded which destroyed nearby homes in a four block area as well.

The explosion happened about 20 miles north of Waco at about 8:00pm yesterday which was strong enough to shake the ground making some think there was an earthquake.

Eleven states in all now have evacuation orders:  Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina.  This mass exodus covers over 7 millions people.

This is the first time in New York City's history there has been a mandatory evacuation.
