West Palm Beach Woman Set Car On Fire At Gas Station With Dogs Inside Claiming To be God

Police in Daytona Beach have detained 29-year-old Alexandra Barnes, of West Palm Beach, after she set her car on fire with her dogs inside at the BP gas station at 971 West International Speedway Boulevard.

Barnes allegedly poured gasoline onto her car and set it on fire, then screamed her babies were inside. A bystander entered the car and found the dogs, which he rescued and gave back to Barnes.

Henry Gonzalez Galay Arrested On Manslaughter Charges In Kisismmee Shell Gas Station Shooting

Police have arrested 20-year-old Henry Gonzalez Galay and charged him with manslaughter in the shooting death of 25-year-old Henry Ortiz Reyes.

According to police, Galay and his sister Maria Galay along with Reyes were at the Shell gas station at 2201 West Columbia Avenue when Reyes found a gun in a book bag.

Galay claimed that he tried to take the gun away from Reyes and put his finger over the trigger but instead, accidentally grabbed the trigger and the gun went off hitting Reyes.

Wawa May Force Gas Price War At Stations Near Orlando International Airport

As Wawa builds one of its newest gas stations on Semoran Blvd near the airport, it may be the solution to what many in the area complain about, gas prices over $5 per gallon, despite the average price in the Orlando metro area being $3.59 per gallon.

The two stations, Sun Gas and Suncoast, have long preyed upon unsuspecting tourist filling up their rental vehicles just before returning them to fly home say city officials, who passed an ordinance that requires gas station to post their prices.

Tennessee Man Charged $84,522.24 For Gas At Mapco Gas Station; Citi And Mapco Slow To Help Solve Error

Ray Crockett filled up his Nissan Maxima at a Mapco gas station just outside of Nashville and was erroneously charged $84,522,24 for his gas. Crockett called his bank, Citi, and the gas station, but neither would help him, even after explained his car can't hold that much gas.

The stated price per gallon for gas was $2.93, and he used his debit card to buy $30 worth of gas and left. Later, when he tried to buy lunch, he was told the transaction was declined.

Thieves Steal $10,000 Worth Of Cigarettes Near Tampa

Hillsborough County sheriffs are looking for two men they say stole $10,000 worth of cigarettes from a Shell gas station in Valrico, which is near Brandon, Just outside Tampa, Florida.

Surveillance video shows two men, one white and one black, break into the gas station carrying a trash can and load it up with cartons of cigarettes. They were both wearing wearing baseball caps, black sweatshirts, black tennis shoes and gloves.

Palm Bay Gas Station Bursts Into Flames

Palm Bay, Fla. -

A fire broke out a the Kangaroo Express store on Emerson Drive at Waco Boulevard early Monday morning. The cause is not yet known and the state Fire Marshall is investigating the incident.

Emergency crews were able to put the fire out quickly and no injuries have been reported.

Gas Station Explosion On Miami Beach After Minivan Drives Into Pumps

There has been an explosion at a gas station in Miami Beach following a minivan that ran into a gas pump, knocking it from it's platform which has resulted in an on-going fire.

The event happened around noon yesterday when a woman waiting for gas at a Chevron gas station located at 71st Street and Abbott Avenue. A woman waiting in line had become impatient and decided to speed around another vehicle ahead of here also waiting in line for gas.

Two Orlando Gas Stations Continue Fleecing Tourist Despite Court Order and Code Enforcement

Two Orlando gas stations have been praying on tourist and uninformed motorist by charging extremely high gas prices ($5.69), says the city of Orlando, and a city ordinance requiring prices to be posted on an easy to see sign, has not been complied to according to Code Enforcement.
