Tea Party Republican Rand Pual Endorses Path To Citizenship for Illegal Immigrants

In what may called a surprise, leading Tea Party Republican Ran Paul has announced that he now supports a path to citizenship for the estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in the country.

Senator Paul said that he believes most should get to become tax payers and eventually a chance at citizenship.

Federal Court Rules Florida Can't Charge Out-Of-State Tuition To Children Of Illegal Immigrants

U.S. District Judge K. Michael Moore has ruled in the Miami Federal Court that a Florida ruled used to charge U.S. citizens who are children of illegal immigrants non-resident tuition fees are unconstitutional.

A lawsuit brought by the Southern Poverty Law Center representing students who are U.S. citizens but whose parents are illegan immigrants was filed against Florida's Education Department chellenging the rule state colleges have been using.

New Immigration Fight In Arizona Over "Show Me Your Papers" Law

Arizona's immigration law has ended up in federal court again, this time being challenged over what some call a controversial provision of the law commonly called "show me your papers".

Immigration rights groups and the ACLU are going up against the state, this time before District Court Judge Susan Bolton in an effort to halt other provisions of the law not already struck down by the U.S. Supreme Court.
