The United States Postal Inspection Service has put up a $100,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of whoever murdered Maryland postal worker.
Tyson Barnette, 26, was delivering mail on his route in Upper Marlboro when he was shot on Saturday. A resident of the neighborhood found Barnette’s body and called police. Barnette was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police have no suspects or motive at this time and are offering an additional $25,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
