Hurricane Sandy has passed over Cuba and is still on track to tro travel north along Florida's east coast this weekend as a category 2 hurricane.

Long range tracks show Sandy could turn west or northwest after passing east of the Carolina's and hit parts of New England somewhere between Ocean City, Maryland and Cape Cod, MA.

Now You Can Vote For Santa Claus In November Presidential Election

According to state officials, you can vote for Santa Claus in 15 states on the presidential ballot.

The following sentence appeared in the Capital Gazette over the weekend: “If elected, Claus promises he will be the first chief executive to fasten the presidential seal to the back of a flying reindeer sleigh.”

In addition to Maryland and 13 other states, you can also vote for Mr Claus in Nevada where a man with that name did file the appropriate paperwork with the state on time.

Is Cannibalism Growing In U.S.?, Another Person Attacked As Man Eats Heart And Brain Of Victim

There has been another cannibalism attack with 21 year old Alexander Kinyua now being accused of killing and eating at least one, possibly two humans. In one case, he is said to have eaten the heart of part of the brain of one of his victims. Just recently a man in Miami was killed after his face was eaten by a naked man in the street.

Kinyua is being held without bail in the Harford County Jail and charged with first degree murder while his roommate, Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei-Kodie, 37, was reported missing Friday.

In the largest lottery ever in the US, three people had bought tickets matching all the numbers to the lottery numbers drawn. The winners are in Maryland, Kansas, and Illinois. Together if they all come forward, they will share in a the massive $640 million win.

Florida dog found in Maryland

Brody the Ponte Verde Beach dog is safely home after a strange journey ending home in Maryland. Two weeks ago Debby Stevens awoke to fine her beloved lab had not come home. Shortly after flyers were posted all over the neighbor for the wayward pooch. Finally days later Stevens received a phone call that would unravel the mystery of where Brody was which was almost unbelievable. The anonymous caller advised that a relative had been visiting Florida with her three kids who befriended the dog and decided to take it back to New York. On the way the woman was arrested for DUI.

Timothy Randall Clark Accused of Shoplifting In Maryland With 50 Cops In Store For Charity Event "Shop With a Cop"

Timothy Randall Clark has been accused of shoplifting from a Walmart in Maryland while 50 cops were in the store participating in the annual "Shop with a Cop" program to help out needy children.

After store employees noticed Clark opening video games and hiding them in his shirt they contacted one of the cops in the store who arrested Clark and found more than $500 worth of video games and accessories on him for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 gaming consoles.

Dam Failure Possible at St. Mary's Lake Dam in St Mary's County Maryland, SE of D.C.

Authorities have begun to warn residents of the possibility that a dam in St. Mary's County Maryland could break soon due to Hurricane Irene.

Residents in Great Mills, Callaway, Lexington Park and Pax River NAS should prepare to evacuate immediately, move to a higher floor of their house, and plan an escape route out of their house and neighborhood.

A sudden release of water from the St. Mary's Lake Dam could inundate the area.

Move family and pets upstairs or to a high place with a means of escape.
