GPS Or Alcohol; Woman Blames GPS For Ending Up on Golf Course, Police Say Alcohol

Police in Massachusetts responded to a call of a car on the Whitinsville Golf Club in Northbridge, MA on Tuesday. When police questioned 47-year-old Patricia Maione, she informed them her GPS gave her the wrong directions, to which, she dutifully followed through a corn field and onto the golf course before becoming stuck in a sand trap.
Police gave given a different version, saying Maione was drunk and have arrested her. She is being held on $10,000 bond and has pleaded not guilty to driving drunk and driving with a suspended license.
