American fugitive George Wright is now Portuguese Citizen Jose Luis Jorge dos Santos; Fights Extradition to US for Murder and Hijacking Airplane

You can call him Jose Luis Jorge dos Santos, the Portuguese citizen who is married and has kids in Portugal, or you can call him George Wright, an American fugitive that escaped from a New jersey prison while serving a 30 year sentence for murder in 1962. And both would be correct.
Whatever you call him, he is now fighting his extradition to the U.S. on the grounds that he is a Portuguese citizen and therefore he is entitled to serve out his sentence in Portugal.
