Drunk Secret Service Agent Arrested In Miami After Obama Visit

Miami, Fla. -

Miami poice have arrested Secret Service Agent Aaron Francis Engler after they found him passed out on a street corner. The Miami PD reports that after making contact with Engler, he became combative while being searched and hit one officer in the chin and that his eyes were blood shot.

Engler was arrested on two misdemeanor counts and has since been released to members of the Secret Service Miami Field Office.

Secret Service officials in Washington, D.C. said his case has been referred to the Office of Professional Responsibility.

The Director of the US Secret Service, Mark Sullivan, has testified before a Senate committee and admits that the incident that happened at the Hotel Caribe in Columbia were "reckless" and "dumb", but has denied the agency tasked to protect the president and US currency has a culture of misconduct or coverups.

Prostitute In Secret Service Scandal May Be Posing In Hustler, Selling Story To Playboy

According to reports in Cartagena and Miami, Dania Suárez, the woman at the center of the recent Secret Service scandal, may be selling her story and posing in an adult magazine. Both Playboy and Hustler have reportedly offered Suárez at least half a million dollars for a full spread and her story.

US Secret Service Roles Out New Rules Hoping To Prevent Similar Event Like Columbia Prostitution Scandal

The U.S. Secret Service has rolled out new rules in an attempt to tighten any holes in the hope of preventing another scandal like the one in Cartagena Columbia in which agents became embroiled in a dispute with prostitutes that became public after local police called the US Embassy.

The agency's director, Director Mark Sullivan, outlined new rules to include:
Prohibition on agents bringing foreigners to their hotel rooms while overseas.
Drinking alcohol while on duty or within 10 hours of a scheduled duty shift.

Fired Secret Service Agent Plans To Sue; Agency Still Investigating Agents In Columbia With Prostitutes

Of the 11 Secret Service Agents and 10 military personnel that have already been implicated in a prostitution sandal in Columbia, at least one of those already fired is planning to sue the government.

As the fallout continues, one has been fired, one has been forced to retire and one had resigned over a scandal involving the group that was part of an advance team making security preparations for President Obama's arrival in Columbia last week.

2 Brothers, Paul Hackney, Shawn Hackney of Orlando & Lakeland Caught Running Counterfeit Money Operation

Fort Myers, Fla. -

Two brothers, Paul Hackney, 39, of Orlando and Shawn Hackney, 33, of Lakeland were caught in Fort Myers and have been arrested for operating a counterfeit money ring.

The two were stopped for a minor vehicle violation and that's when police discovered Paul was driving on a revoked drivers license. Police then searched the car and found the fake money and items purchased from retailers. Upon investigating it further, detectives say they used the money to buy those items illegally.

Shots Fired At White House, Bullets Hit Window

Washington, D.C. -

According to the Secret Service, shots were fired yesterday at the White House. One shot hit a window and another bullet was found embedded into an exterior wall.

They said they are not sure if it is related to last week's shooting at the White House and are investigating. The bullet that hit the window did not make it through because windows at the White House are made of ballistics grade materials.

Man Climbs White House Fence, Runs Towards Presidential Residence with Backpack, Arrested By Secret Service

A man scaled the fence to the White House near the western entrance and ran with a backpack towards the Presidential Residence, all while tourists were walking outside on Pennsylvania Ave. which was evacuated as this unfolded.
