Donald W. Purviance Arrested In Orlando On Human Trafficking And Solicitation of Sex From A Minor

Florida Department of Law Enforcement, FDLE, have arrested 46-year old Donald W. Purviance on charges of human trafficking, solicitation of a parent, soliciting the procurement of a minor for prostitution and attempted lewd and lascivious battery.

The charges stem from when Purviance live in Biscayne Park, near Miami, and caught the attention of the FDLE from an anonymous tip reporting some strange activities.

16-year-old Flagler County Teen Arrested For Allegedly Forcing Sex Acts With 14-Year-Old Girl At School

A 16-year old boy has been arrested following an investigation in which police say he forced a 14-year-old girl to preform sex act at school under a stairwell.

The incident happened at the Matanzas High School, in which police say boy the boy and girl obtained hall passes and went to the location under the stairwell.

The girl admits they were both kissing at first, but then the boy forced her to perform sexual acts.

Ex-Principle Of Palm Beach County Middle School Pleads Guilty To Enticing A Minor For Sex

Scott Blake, the former Polo Park Middle School principle in Palm Beach County pleaded guilty today in federal court to enticing a minor for sex.

During a joint investigation by the Boynton Beach police, the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, Scott was arrested on July 26 after attempting to entice a minor to have sex. That minor turned out to be an undercover agent.

Police Arrest Man Accused Of Molesting Kids At Unlicensed Daycare

The Orange County Sheriff's Department have arrested 69-year-old Enrique "Rick" Cuebas on 75 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation, lewd and lascivious exhibition and sexual battery of a child less than 12 years old.

Police say Cuebas was a boyfriend to a woman who ran the daycare on Sanseviera Lane, and molested at least five kids there. One is a 15-year-old girl who says she was molested when she was 4 then again when she was 7 and 8 years old.

Another victim, a 6-year-old girl, told investigators that Cuebas would make her touch his genitals in the bathroom.

Two Navy Sailors Charged With Rape Of Okinawa Woman

Japanese prosecutors have charged U.S. Navy Seaman Christopher Browning of Athens, Texas, and Petty Officer 3rd Class Skyler Dozierwalker of Muskogee, Ok, with rape following an investigation of an incident on october 16.

Following the incident, U.S. troops were put in a curfew restriction to appease local residents who have long wanted the U.S. military out of Japan.

The curfew however was apparently not complied with and prosecutors are now charging an airmen with punching a 13-year-old boy on the face after a late-night drinking binge.

Pennsylvania Prosecutors Plan To Charge Ex-Penn State President Graham Spanier With Perjury

Prosecutors in Pennsylvania has announced that they are planning to charge Penn State's former President with Perjury and Obstruction stemming from their investigation into the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal. Sandusky was found guilty and sentenced to 30-60 years in prison.

Spanier worked for Penn State for 16 years as its president and was fired in November.

On Wednesday, Sandusky was transferred to a prison in southwestern Pennsylvania that includes most of the state's death row inmates, the Associated Press reported.

Lake County Cop Charged With 30 Counts Of Child Pornography

Fruitland Reserve Police Officer Robert Frieszell has been arrested after a warrant was issued Monday for his arrested following an investigation which discovered child pornography on his laptop. Frieszell has been charged with 30 counts of possession of child pornography.

Frieszell was also a volunteer at Umatilla High School according to cfnews13.com

Tommie Lee Andrews, First Man Convicted Of Rape With DNA Could Be Free Soon

Convicted rapist, 49-year-old, Tommie Lee Andrews will be in the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida in a bid to win his freedom. Andrews was the first person convicted of rape using DNA evidence, at the time it was considered emerging science.

Andrews was convicted and sentenced in 1988 to 100 years in prison, but that sentence was later reduced to 62 years, and then again reduced 41 years to correct for a law at the time that reduced prison time for those convicted of felonies. On top of that, he has earned 16 year of "gain time" for good behavior.

Boy Scouts To Release Perversion Files Of Suspected Child Sex Abusers

The Boy Scouts of American plan to release their so called perversion files that have been collected from 1965 to 1985 following lawsuits and an outpouring of criticism against the organization.

The files are believed to contain information, evidence, allegations and names of suspected child sex abusers that the organization kept in an attempt to track pedophiles to keep them out of their organization.

Fort Bragg Army Officer Charged With Sodomy

The Army has arrested Brig. Gen. Jeffrey A. Sinclair and charged him with sodomy, include forced sex, pornography, violating an order, alcohol use, engaging in inappropriate relationships, misusing a government travel charge card, and conduct unbecoming an officer.

Sinclair served as deputy commander of the 82nd Airborne Division headquarters in Afghanistan and was sent home this past spring and served in this capacity since July 2010.
