Peacock Sexually Abused By Chicago Man

Police in Roselle, a suburb of Chicago, are charging 64-year-old David Beckmann with animal cruelty charges after they say he sexually abused a peacock named 'Phyl'.

Police discovered Beckmann's peacock fetish after he was booked into the DuPage County jail on unrelated charges of battery and attempted indecent solicitation of a child.

Phyl died after the traumatic event, and police are investigating but are unsure when.

17 Woman Freed From Tampa Bay Prostitution Ring

Local and state officials announced on friday the closing of a prostitution ring out of the Tampa Bay Area. 17 woman ranging from 21 to 25 were of various ethnicities were first forced to work in a Pinellas County brothel then sent to various home and hotels to have sex with clients.

Two men are accused of running the operation. Peter Kitt, 41 and Shawn Franklin 42 are facing charges of racketeering and conspiracy to commit racketeering. The men are are accused of forcing the women into prostitution by sexual and physical assaults.

Winter Haven Man Found On Top Of 12 y/o Girl Half Naked, Charged With Sexual Battery

Police have arrested 22-year-old Xavier Diaz after he was discovered laying on top of a 12 year old girl Sunday with his pants and underwear pulled down. The girl had been asleep when Diaz laid down and was woken up to discover her pants had been pulled down and started to scream and cry.

A caretaker at the residence heard the noise and investigated to find Diaz laying on top of the girl and called 911 while Diaz apparently fled the scene.

Miami Golf Instructor Ricardo Moreno Arrested Again On Child Sex Charges

Police have arrested 52-year-old golf instructor Ricardo Moreno on Tuesday on new charges of child sex crimes after having been previously arrested over the weekend on child sex charges on a different boy at the Hillcrest Golf and Country Club.

According to police, Moreno was arrested over the weekend for sexually molesting a 13-year-old boy who he was contracted to give golf lesson to. He was then arrested Tuesday after it was discovered he had also molested a different 15-year-old boy.

John Ferguson Of Oviedo Arrested For Sex Crimes With A Minor

Police in Seminole County and Oviedo Florida have arrested 49-year-old John Ferguson on charges of traveling to engage in sex with a minor and solicitation of sex with a minor using a computer.

Ferguson has made contact with a 14-year-old girl and began text messages and chat conversation with the girl when she informed her mother who then went to the police.

An undercover investigator then assumed the girls identity and continued the conversations for nearly four months. It was then that Ferguson asked to meet the girl and offered for her to sleep over at his home.

Leesburg Cop, Henri Bart Larue, Arrested On Sexual Battery Charges

Police in Leesburg have arrested 25-year-old rookie police officer Henri Bart Larue on charges on armed sexual battery by a law enforcement officer. The arrest follows an investigation by the FDLE and a warrant being issued.

Larue is accused of stopping a female driver for a broken taillight and found that she had a suspended drivers license, then arrested her and on the way to the jail, stopped and forced her to touch him and do other sexual acts.

Child Sex Sting Operation In Seminole County Nabbs 50 Suspects

Following a child sex sting operation dubbed, “Operation Cardea”, the Seminole County Sheriff's Office says they arrested 50 men, mostly from Central Florida, who answered an on-line ad to have sex with children ranging in age from 11-15 years of age.

Similar to the TV Show "To Catch A Predator", authorities set up at a house in Seminole County, and as the men arrived, 1 by 1, they took each of them into custody.

Tampa Man Found Guilty of Ybor City Rape

A jury in a Tampa courtroom has found 30-year-old Charles Newbold guilty of rape and was immediately sentenced to life in prison, plus 50 years for a burglary conviction.

Newbold was accused of raping a woman who live in Ybor City in her home, which was a converted bus.

Newbold has denied the charges, saying he had been "charmed" and said "She asked me if I wanted to go to her place."

Disney World Employee Arrested On Child Pornography Charges

The Orange County Sheriff's Department has arrested 28-year-old Ruben Ferrer on multiple charges of child pornography and distribution. Investigators say that Ferrer was actually downloading images just a few minutes before he was arrested at his brother's house, where he lives.

According to police, Ferrer was caught during an undercover sting operation in which he sent and received images of children between the ages of 4 and 12. They also say he had been trading videos of children doing sex acts.

South Semoran Blvd Attempted Rape Suspect Ronald Moses Ordered Held Without Bond

Orange County, Fla. -

An Orange County judge ordered Ronald Luis Moses II, 22, to be held without bond after his arrest for attempt rape on Tuesday. According to police, they responded to a 911 call for help near South Semoran Boulevard and spotted Moses walking nearby and that he fit the description of the person a woman says attacked her in her apartment.

Moses told a judge that he has not been able to contact his parents yet and does not have a private attorney, so the judge appointed a public defender for him.
