Several Missing And killed In Texas Fertilizer Plant Explosion Near Waco

Houston, TX -

As many as 15 people are feared dead and 150 injured after a fertilizer plant near Waco, Texas exploded which destroyed nearby homes in a four block area as well.

The explosion happened about 20 miles north of Waco at about 8:00pm yesterday which was strong enough to shake the ground making some think there was an earthquake.

Texas Police Arrest Wife Of Ex-Judge In Murders Of Texas Prosecutors

Houston, TX -

Police in Kaufman county have arrested Kim Lene Williams for the shooting murders of Kaufman County DA Mark Hasse and DA Mike McLelland and his wife which happened last month.

Kim Lene Williams is the wife of ex-judge Eric Lyle Williams who was removed from his position and prosecuted last year by Hasse and McLelland for computer theft. He was found guilty.

Eric Williams was arrested again on Saturday and charged with making terroristic threats and remains in jail on a $3 million bond. His wife, Kim, remains in jail on a $10 million bond.

2 Dead, 36 More Injured In Charter Bus Crash Near Dallas

There has been a major bus crash in Irving, just outside Dallas, which has killed two and injured 36 more elderly passengers who were on their way to the Choctaw Casino Resort in Oklahoma. At least 3 are listed in critical condition.

The bus was traveling north on the President George Bush Turnpike in Irving, TX when it struck a concrete barrier causing it to ride up onto the barrier before rolling onto its side according to DPS Sgt. Lonny Haschel.

Stabbing of 15 at Houston Area Lone Star College Campus Creates Chaos

Houston, TX -

There has been a stabbing at the Lone Star community college on the CyFair campus in Cypress, Tx, with between 11 and 14 students injured, 4 in critical condition. Update: officials now report there are 15 known stabbing victims now.

Harris County Sheriff's officials added that at least a few students refused treatment at the scene.

According to Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department spokesman Robert Rasa, at least 12 have been taken to local hospitals, including the 4 critically injured who were flown by helicopter.

Police Announce Gun Used In Decatur Texas By Evan Ebel Is Same One In Colorado Murder

Dallas, TX.

Police in Decatur, Texas have confirmed that the gun used by 28-year-old white supremacist Evan Spencer Ebel during his shootout with Texas police is the same one used in the Colorado murder of Colorado State Prisons executive director, Tom Clement.

Wise County sheriff's officials said the ballistics matched the evidence processed by the Colorado Springs Metro Crime lab, in which it is believed that Ebel shot and killed Clement at the front door of his home.

U.S. Navy Seal Snipper Killed At Gun Range

Former U.S. Navy Seal and famed author of American Sniper Chris Kyle died on Saturday at a gun range in Glen Rose Texas on Saturday. The former Seal had 160 kills on his record. Kyle served four tours in Iraq, won two silver stars and five bronze stars in his military career.

Eddie Ray Routh had been arrested in connection with Kyles death and a unnamed second person. No motive has been identified at this time.

Texas Man Test School Security By Posing As Gunman Walking Into School

A Texas father is facing third-degree felony charges after telling elementary school officials he had a gun. Ronald Miller went into the school just north of Dallas but was unarmed on Wednesday. He told the greeter at the school that he had a gun. Miller then was able to walk into the school and enter the office.

Miller then told the office personnel, "He told them that he is a shooter and 'you're dead, and you're dead,'" according to a school district superintendent. Miller later advised that he never had a weapon and that the stunt was a test of school safety.

UPS Caught Stealing FedEx Packages In Texas

A UPS driver has been caught stealing a FedEx package that contained an iPad mini at a home in Texas.

Al Alverson did not received a packaged that he has expected to arrive a few days ago and decided to review his security camera footage. To his surprise, he saw that a UPS driver delivered a package and steal one delivered by a FedEx driver earlier the same day.

The package was an iPad mini for his daughter for Christmas.

Larry Hagman Dies At Age 81 In Texas; Starred In Dallas And I Dream Of Jeannie

Actor Larry Hagman has died at the age of 81. Hagman was most known for his roles in the TV show Dallas and in I Dream Of Jeanie.

Hagman played the role of Capt. Tony Nelson from 1965-1970 in the TV comedy I Dream Of Jeanie before going on to play the part of J.R. Ewing on the nighttime drama Dallas which gave CBS record ratings while it aired from April 1978 to May 1991. It ended with the cliffhanger "Who Shot J.R." which also posted record TV ratings.

Hagman returned to his role as J.R. in the new Dallas.

Mother Who Threw Kids From Highway Overpass Is Released From Jail

Khandi Busby has been released from the Dallas County Jail after spending time at the state mental hospital.

Busby is known for throwing her two kids, aged 6 and 8 at the time, over an I-30 highway overpass into traffic. Both survived the ordeal and are now in foster car.

Busby was found not guilty by reason of insanity, and her release comes with special conditions including no contact with her children.
