Accused Killer Of Seminole County Firefighter Jerry Perdomo Heads To Court Today

Daniel Porter, the man accused of killing Seminole County Firefighter Jerry Perdomo in February, will be arraigned in court today in Waldo County Superior Court in Belfast, Maine. Porter is accused of shooting Perdomo over a drug debt.

According to investigators, Perdomo, who is married and lives in Orange City Florida, had been making monthly drug runs to Maine where he would stay with his mistress, and on his last trip, took along a handgun intending to make Porter pay up for drugs Perdomo had previously supplied him.

Jerry Perdomo's Mistress Lisa Gould Now Missing; Failed To Appear At Court Hearing

In another twist to the case of Jerry Perdomo's murder, his mistress, Lisa Gould, is now missing. The Bangor Daily News is reporting that Gould failed to appear for a court hearing and is now missing. She was the women Perdomo was having an affair with during his monthly drug runs from Florida to Maine.

Lisa Gould had reported Jerry Perdomo missing after he left her home with a loaded Glock handgun to go collect on a debt with Daniel Porter who has since been arrested for the murder of Perdomo, but is now claiming self defense.

Judge denies bail for Daniel Porter who is accused of killed Seminole County Firefighter Jerry Perdomo.

Orlando, Fla. -

Daniel Porter will face a judge at 1p.m. today in Waldo County Maine for a bond hearing over the death of Seminole County Florida Firefighter Jerry Perdomo. he was denied bond at his initial appearance last week.

Porter is accused of killing Jerry Perdomo in what has been described by his attorney, Jeffery Silverstein, as self defense.

Accused killer 24 year old Daniel Ports appeared in court today over the death of Seminole County Firefighter Jerry Perdomo. His lawyer stated it was self defense during remarks with the Judge at the Waldo County Superior Court in Belfast, Maine.

His next hearing is set for next Thursday at 1 p.m. and his lawyer will argue for bail which as not been set yet.
