Tallahassee, Fla. -
The Florida Supreme Court will hear Troy Victorino's appeal over his convictions in the deaths of six people in Deltona in which he received the death penalty. In four of the murders he was given the death sentence.
According to the court's convictions, the murders happened after Victorino became enraged over an Xbox gaming system and killed six people with a bat and a knife by beating and stabbing them to death.
Linking Victorino was a pair of Lugz boots owned by Victorino that had the blood stains of several victims.
