Henry Gonzalez Galay Arrested On Manslaughter Charges In Kisismmee Shell Gas Station Shooting

Kissimmee, Fla. -

Police have arrested 20-year-old Henry Gonzalez Galay and charged him with manslaughter in the shooting death of 25-year-old Henry Ortiz Reyes.

According to police, Galay and his sister Maria Galay along with Reyes were at the Shell gas station at 2201 West Columbia Avenue when Reyes found a gun in a book bag.

Galay claimed that he tried to take the gun away from Reyes and put his finger over the trigger but instead, accidentally grabbed the trigger and the gun went off hitting Reyes.

Passenger Spits In Crew's Face Forcing British Airways Diversion Into Orlando

Orlando, Fla. -

Police in Orlando have arrested 32-year-old Sean J. Kelly after his actions forced a British Airways flight to divert into Orlando International Airport while enroute from Cancun to London.

According to statements made by the flight crew, Kelly had been drinking Stolichnaya vodka when he became billigerent during the flight and refused to comply to the air crews instructions and then spit in a flight attendants face.

Paul McCartney Coming To Amway Center In Orlando May 18

Orlando mayor Buddy Dyer has announced that Paul McCartney will be coming to Orlando on May 18th as part of his tour, and will preform in the Amway Center.

The "Out There' tour is also visiting several other cities and is the first time the popular singer and former Beatles member will have come to Orlando since 1993.

Palm Bay Police Looking For Armed Suspect

UPDATED: Police have arrested John Kitchen and charged him with aggravated assault with a firearm. Police had been searching for him for nearly 8 hours.

Palm Bay, Fla. -

Police in Palm Bay say they are looking for a suspect that pulled on a gun on an officer while attempting to do a routine traffic stop.

The incident happened near the intersection of San Filippo Drive and Wyoming Drive, when officers tried to pull the man over. That's when they say he pointed or waived a gun at the officer and then took off.

Shooting In Deland Home Kills 1, Injured 2 On South Clara Avenue

Deland, Fla. -

Police have reported that one person is dead and two more injured during a shooting at a home in the 400 block of South Clara Avenue around 3:30am last night.

One man was found dead in the street, another was found inside and the third suffered injuries from a physical altercation.

According to DeLand Deputy Chief Randy Henderson, police have had to respond to incidents at this residence before.

The identities of the victims or a suspect have not been released yet.

No arrests have been made so far and police are still investigating the incident.

Highway Engineers Are Now Tracking You Via Your Bluetooth Signals

Both Los Angeles and now Palm beach County, Florida have begun using new wireless technology to help monitor and manage traffic congestion by tracking your car or smartphone's Bluetooth signal.

In Los Angeles, the city has now connected their entire traffic light system to a network of camera's and monitors and to time every light signal.

In Palm Beach County, they are hoping to be able to monitor and alter the timing of stop lights in an effort to alleviate traffic congestion either during rush hour or because of an accident.

Florida Man Accused Of Sending Death Threat To President Obama

Stanley Scott Viner of Leigh Acres is being held on $200,000 bond after being arrested for threatening to kill President Obama. Lee County Sheriff deputies say that Viner wrote a letter saying he would kill the president along with a Lee County Sheriff Deputy. In the letter Viner refers to himself as God.

While there is no reason for wanting the President dead Viner was angry with a deputy who lived near his residence. He accused the deputy of arresting him and taking his backpack to which the sheriff department says neither happened.

Parents Of Trayvon Martin Settle Wrongful Death Suit Against Homeowner's Assc

Sanford, Fla. -

The parent of Trayvon Martin have settled a wrongful death lawsuit they filed against the homeowner's association where their son was shot and killed by George Zimmerman. Zimmerman was the neighborhood watch captain for the homeowners association's neighborhood watch program.

The exact amount has not been released, and in court documents that were made public, the amount was redacted. Later in the 5-page settlement agreement, it states both parities agree to keep the amount confidential.

Miami Armored Truck Robber Vladimir Louissant Gets Life After Killing Driver

Miami, Fla. -

Vladimir Louissant was sentenced to life in prison today for the murder of Brinks armored truck driver Alvaro Lopez Ramos at the Calder Race Track and Casino in August of 2011.

According to prosecutors, it was Louissant who fired the shot that killed Lopez, while other accomplices Victoria Barkley got 10 years, and Byron Kyler got five. Two others, Reginald Mitchell and Uri Ammar have already been convicted on charged related to the robbery.

Man Robs Chase Bank In Apopka Using A Cooler

Apopka, Fla. -

The Chase bank in Apopka was robbed Wednesday by a man who used a cooler according to police. The incident happened at 2111 E. Semoran Boulevard where a masked man walked to the Chase bank demanding money and told the clerk to fill up the cooler he brought along.

The unidentified man was wearing green scrubs, a dark hooded sweatshirt and a ski mask and made his escape in a four-door beige compact sedan.

So far police have not made any arrests and are asking the public for help.
