John K. Rosenbaum Bitten by Black Mamba off I-95, Snake 1 of 10 Deadliest in World

Jacksonville, Fla. -

Wildlife authorities are investigating an incident in which John K. Rosenbaum, 22, of Jacksonville, Florida was bitten by a black mamba, considered one of the world's deadliest snakes.

Rosenbaum allegedly bought the highly venomous and aggressive snake at an exit off I-95 in south Georgia. After being bitten, he was taken to a local hospital and then transported to Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.

Rosenbaum has since been treated and discharged.

Black Friday Shopping Lines Long at Some Orlando Retailers

Orlando, Fla. -

Shoppers hoping to save big on the annual Black Friday retail savings bonanza have already begun their long lines preparing for their concrete camping ordeal.  Many came complete with their tents, chairs, battery powered portable electronics, portable wifi's, and what looked to be a propane stove top burner for cooking with one group near the front of a line.

The Central Florida International Auto Show is happening, Nov 24-27 at the Orange County Convention Center.  The main showrooms are located in the West Concourse and parking is $10, adult admission is $9.



This year, manufacturers are highlighting their test drives, with many offering licensed drivers over 18 years old to take one of the show cars for a spin on the course set up at the convention center.

Shots Fired At Osceola County Police Vehicle in Poinciana

Kissimmee, Fla. -

Early this morning Osceola County Sheriff officials say shots were fire at an Osceola County Investigative Bureau undercover vehicle from a house located on Andora Court in Poinciana.

Police believe the house is the center of a large drug operation and they made two arrests over the incident. They will also be searching the home as soon as they have a warrant which they expect within the next hour.

No injuries have been reported.

More Victims Come Forward Over Fake Fix-a-Flat Butt Building Doctor in Miami Gardens, Oneal Ron Morris

Miami Gardens, Fla. -

According to the Florida Department of Health, more victims are coming forward after TFNJ and other news outlets revealed that a fake doctor was rebuilding the patients' butts with an odd concoction of Fix-a-flat, cement, mineral oil and then closing the incision with superglue.

The transgender fake doctor, Oneal Ron Morris, has been charged with practicing medicine without a license, inflicting bodily harm and could also possibly face charges of attempted manslaughter, said prosecutors.

Lake County Student Gabriella Lee-Gibson Starts Fire in School Locker

Eustis, Fla. -

Gabriella Lee-Gibson, 13, of Eustis Middle School allegedly started a fire in her school locker room using water bottles filled with gasoline, say Lake County Sheriff investigators.

When investigators asked her why she did it, she said she did not know why, but she did admit to starting the fire.

Next to the locker room was a gym with 60 students and a teacher, however there were no reported injuries.

Naples Man, Kenneth Ellis, Arrested For Shooting Kitten at Condo in Florida Keys

Key Largo, Fla. -

68 year old Kenneth Ellis has been arrested after allegedly shooting a kitten at a condo in the Florida Keys. Ellis, a Naples resident, was spotted by a neighbor of the kitten, with a rifle in a nearby condo. He shot one of the two kittens who were at home on their own balcony with their mother at the time.

First Lady Michelle Obama Booed at NASCAR's Ford 400, Jill Biden Also Attended

Homestead, Fla. -

First lady Michelle Obama was booed while she and Jill Biden, wife of Vice-President Joe Biden, were attending the Ford 400 NASCAR race in Homestead, Florida on Sunday.

They served as Grand Marshals and were greeted by a mixed group of spectators with a few cheers and some very obvious and loud boos.
