Apple is due to release two versions of its popular iPhone in September. The two models will be a mid-range version and a premium version.
To capture more of the fast-growing prepaid and mid-range smartphone market, the mid-range version will be the iPhone 4 with improved features and the premium version will be the new iPhone 5 which is said to have a significant improvement of the current iPhone out for sale now.
The mid-range phone will go for $350 with no contract, and the premium will go for $199 with the deal and $599 without the commitment. The mid-range phone will be available for prepaid cards and data plans, though pricing for data is still higher than if on a contract data plan. You can also buy a mid-range version and put it on your existing contracted data and phone lines.
